Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs):
PEO 1: Graduates of the program will be able to inculcate with good scientific and engineering breadth so as to design, manufacturing of products and solutions for the real-life problems.
PEO 2: Graduates of the program will be able to understand the importance of professional and ethical responsibility, effective communication skills, teamwork, multidisciplinary approach and the life-long learning needed for a successful professional career.
PEO 3: Graduates of the program will be able to become employable in computer aided design, manufacturing and research sectors at local, regional, national and global levels.
PEO 4: Graduates of the program will be able to become entrepreneurs by applying advanced design and manufacturing technologies.
Programme Outcomes (POs):
PO 1: An ability to independently carry out research / investigation and development work to solve practical problems.
PO 2: An ability to write and present a substantial technical report / document.
PO 3: Students should be able to demonstrate a degree of mastery over the area as per specialization of the program. The mastery should be at a level higher than the requirements in the appropriate bachelor program.
PO 4: An ability to design and manufacture the systems which will have impact on economic, ethical and societal context.
PO 5: An ability to utilize experimental, stastical, computational methods and tools necessary for engineering practice.
